What are Difference for Processing Potato Chips, French Fries and Frozen French Fries

French Fries

• Blanching time: 5-15 minutes

• Fresh Potato to Final French Fries Ratio: 2:1

Frozen French Fries

• Frying time: 1 minutes
• Frying temperature: 170℃
• Blanching time: 5-15 minutes
• Blanching temperature: 70℃
• Fresh Potato to Final Frozen French Fries: 5:4
